Structure and Content

The Global Executive Leadership Programme launches in August 2011. This inaugural programme is open to a select number of Directors, CEOs, senior executives and business owners who are committed to leading their organisation to a strong international position.

Applicants will go through a thorough selection process to create a high calibre and highly motivated group. It will be a demanding programme which will provide you with a unique opportunity to step back from the day-to-day running of your organisation and allow you to plan its growth strategy and future path.

The 12-month modular journey begins with assessments of both your individual and organisation’s global capability in order to determine a baseline of where you are currently. They will also be used to form the finer detail of activities that will be tailored for each individual participant. Similar assessments will be undertaken after the completion of the programme to allow you to determine the impact of the programme.

On completion of the programme you will have access to a range of alumni activities designed to further expand your global view and extend your global connections.

Underpinning the programme is the development of the three elements of a Global Mindset – Social, Intellectual and Psychological capitals. The programme will focus on a framework for global markets looking from a perspective of both opportunities and risks. Topics covered specifically include:
