Commitment and Investment

This is a demanding, breakthrough programme with ambitious goals for you and your organisation.

Its aim is to put New Zealand companies on a path of sustained international growth by developing and enhancing your leadership ambition, mindset and capability. A great deal of the inherent strength of the programme will come from the high-calibre nature and motivation of the participants.

• Experimenting and applying the lessons learnt within your life, organisation and communities
• Finding the time and energy to engage in all aspects of the process.

Your investment:

Total fees: $65,000+GST
Less a 50% contribution from NZTE = $32,500+GST (this includes accommodation and meals. Travel cost is not included).

This 50% subsidy applies to the first programme only.

Time:

Participants will be expected to attend 16 days total across the programme. There will also be pre and post programme assessments as well as ongoing practical application into our business and interaction with your business advisor and leadership coach.
