Mary TeagardenMary Teagarden - Ph.D. in Global Strategic Management from the University of Southern California. Professor of Global Strategy, Thunderbird School of Global Management. World-renowned thought leader and educator in the areas of global strategic management and strategic human resource management. Mary’s current projects focus on business dynamics in the Asian Pacific Rim, Latin America, the People’s Republic of China and India.

Deborrah HimselDeborrah Himsel - M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Adjunct Professor of Organisational Development, Thunderbird School of Global Management. Deborrah has significant experience in and has taught courses in leadership, international human resource management, group dynamics and organisation development. Deborrah is a recognised expert in leadership development, a change agent, a thought leader, an author, an educator and executive coach.

Karen WalchKaren Walch - Ph.D. The University of Wisconsin. Associate Professor, Thunderbird School of Global Management. Karen has an academic background in international negotiation, cultural competencies, and global mindset. She has over 30 years experience in various business and academic contexts, including insurance, law, tourism, aquaculture, security studies, and MBA graduate education.

Darl KolbDarl Kolb - PhD from Cornell University New York. Associate Professor, The University of Auckland Business School. Darl currently teaches organisational change and innovation through an intensive experiential course. He is currently conducting a study of globally distributed project teams through his own virtual collaborative research teams located in New Zealand, the US, Australia, and India.

Deborah ShepherdDeborah Shepherd - PhD from The University of Auckland Business School. Senior Lecturer Department of Management and International Business. Deborah currently teaches change management, innovation, leadership and organisational culture at The University of Auckland Business School. She has worked as a researcher, consultant, facilitator and experiential trainer with a variety of large companies, SMEs, as well as not-for-profit organisations.

Liz WotherspoonLiz Wotherspoon - BA from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania, USA. ICE Bridge and ICE Network Director. Liz is responsible for leading the Growth business of the ICEHOUSE which includes the business growth programmes, networks and services that are focused on adding capability to grow established businesses. Previously Liz was Associate Director of Executive Education for Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York City.

Throughout the programme a range of thought leaders, business practitioners and researchers will challenge you to think in new ways about how you can maximise your global impact. You will be expected to apply your learning to your own organisation during the programme. You will have one on one support for this from globally experienced business advisors and mentors.
